Legal Aliens Sub Groups |

Legal Aliens now has well over 1000
members. Given the size of the organisation, it was not surprising
to see the development of specialist sub-groups, which enables people
to actively follow and share their specialised interests with other
like-minded Aliens.
We have many sub-groups at LA, including the Alien Healing Gang,
the Yoga group, the Alien Brewing Club (ABC) and the Alien Bowling
team. These
groups typically have their own mailing lists or even their own Yahoo
groups
too.
You will not see these sub-groups advertised too frequently on
the main list or on the web site, simply because they operate with
a limited number of people. For example, the Alien Brewing Club will
generally operate with less than ten people, simply because it is
not possible to brew beer with more than four or five people present
at one time.
If you are interested in participating or helping out at one of the
existing groups, then please contact the group owner. However, If
you want more information about what would be involved in starting
and
running
an Alien sub-group and want help in promoting your ideas to the wider
Alien community, then please speak with Dean via the

Alien
Healing Gang - Ron Jansen |

We
formed a Complementary Therapy Group within the Legal Aliens
back in the spring of this
2009. The group decided to be call the Aliens Healing Gang (AHG)
which kind of speaks of the relaxed nature of the group. We are
pretty serious about sharing experiences and knowledge in Complementary
Therapy, but we also like to have a relaxed time - usually ending
meetings with wine and snacks and having the odd party to chill
out.
So - what do we do?
The group meets at the Inner Warrior each week on a Tuesday or
Wednesday evening. Alternate weeks we have a workshop session
run by one of the group then the following week a free to exchange
therapies evening, where members and friends get together and
work on each other. We also run weekend workshops/courses. All
the AHG activities are free and you don't have to be an expert
in anything to come along and experience stuff.
Gang members have run evening and weekend workshops in Reiki
healing, shamanism, Yoga, sound therapy, hypnosis, EFT, NLP, cognitive
therapies, ChiKung and many more, all really interesting to experience.
Remember you don't have to have any experience to come along
- just an open mind.
So if you want to come along - feel free to come - We start at
around 7.15 - with welcome chats and tea. Then at around 8pm -
workshop or therapy exchange happens until around 9.30. This is
followed by wine and snacks until around 11pm.
We meet at the Inner Warrior: Scheepmakersstraat 3, Den Haag,
close to Holland Spoor, besides the Stayok Hostel.

the next session but
want to be included on the emailing list – just let me
know on email and we will include you on the notification list
for
further activities.

Alien Brewing Club - Dean Southall |

We meet on the 1st Sunday at my place, in the centre
of the Hague. The brewing takes most of the day and is lots of fun
:-) We make a different beer each month, using grain. We explain how
it works and also work as a team. Expect 4-6 litres of delicious beer
depending on the number of brewers at a cost of around 6 Euros a person
The group costs 150 Euros to join (this covers the cost of a
share of the equipment) and we have enough people right now, so
this group is join-able
by invitation only (you can join the waiting list).

Sightings
of Aliens going Yogic have occurred in the Zeeheldenkwartier of
the Hague.
Discretely hidden in a row of majestic old Dutch houses; a cosy little
theatre opens it's doors every Monday evening from 06.45 p.m.to a
bout 08.00p.m. for those Aliens who wish to relax, unwind & balance
the energy flow. Classes are held from 06.45 to 8.00. Mild relaxing
playful yoga to calm the brain, the breath & the
